How Do I Stop Myself From Masturbating In The Night Which I Am Not Aware Of?

I'm a 19 year old female, and my roommate just confronted me that I have been masturbating almost every night. I don't have any recollection of this. She says she has had to wake me up to stop and I would. I don't remember any of this and I'm so embarrassed. I don't mean to do it, and I don't remember any sort of sexual dreams. How do I make this stop? I feel so gross.

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears that she is seducing you to do some thing, like homosexuality or some thing of that sort.
It is always preferable to avoid her, as far as possible.
Try to be healthy by keeping away from such people.
Never wake up, if she wakes up in the night, or try change the room if possible.
Make a habbit of doing yoga, meditation, and always try to give a lecture to her on these.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. thank you.
