How Do Confirm That I Am HIV Negative After A HIV Test That Showed Negative?

I had a fiancé I was with for 8 yrs nd we had 2 children together. He got sick in 2012 and December 28th, 2012 he went in the hospital with pneumonia. We then found out was hiv positive. He was transported to a larger hospital and died of from ARDS and pneumonia because of aids. Me and both were tested in January of 2013 all negative, tested again in july 2013 all negative. I got tested myself again in December of 2013 and I was still negative. Im in a new relationship and I need to know if I don't have it no what can give definite answer they just I am fine.

Hi,
Most probably you dont have it but if you want 100% surety get a HIV PCR and western blot done. The tests are a bit costlier than the ELISA test you most probably did but are cofirmatory
