How Do A Fall On Hip Effect Internally?

I jumped on a rug that slid out from under me and I fell, landing on my hip. It was very jarring and knocked the wind out of me bit. It has been several hours now and in addition to the expected stiffness setting in, my abdomen feels odd and it is a little harder to breath. Why would a fall on my hip effect me internally?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The hip area have the pelvic organs in side, and guarding them . So when there is hard injury to the hip, there will a shake of the internal organs.
You may need to have a MRI, of the pelvis for diagnosis . So i advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
