How Can Weight Be Gained Without Increasing The Blood Pressure?

Hey, im a 27 year old male. Hardgainer, and my blood pressure can usually be found high so as my hemoglobin. Im desperately trying to gain weight wihout raising blood pressure and hemoglobin even more. Im also a vegetarian, not that my weight is more balanced now that when i was eating meat. It was making me sick. So i need to stick to my vegetarian diet but keep it more balanced so that i can gain more weight. I was thinking about whey protein but the question is will it mess me up with the whole hemoglobin issue? Thanx, Alex.

Hello,

I think you can try whey proteine since it doesn't affect haemoglobin. You should also check your thyroid hormone levels because hyperthyroidism may be a cause of not gaining weight and high blood pressure.

Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
