Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The first thing you should not be ashamed of a disease and consult a gynecologist. Secondly, you can go ahead with IUI (intrauterine insemination) and discuss all problems as vaginismus with your infertility doctor and he will do whatever is necessary to help your concerns.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,

Dr. Varinder Joshi
