How Can Toothache And Sinusitis Be Treated?

I started out with a root canal for three month which it was drilled and packed with anitbotics the tooth had a cracked root which was on my sinus. They did surgery to remove the tooth sill in pain . I am on my second round of antibiotics and now I have a sinus infection. Please help

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

First get checked that is there any piece of root that slipped into your sinus or perforation of sinus floor during tooth extraction that can be a cause of recurring infection and pain..
A sinus x Ray and CBCT Scan can help in confirmation..
If the sinuses does not show any root remnants then you can continue with antibiotics and also take pain relievers like Advil and decongestant nasal drops like Xylometazoline for reducing congestion and pressure..
Steam inhalation and saline irrigation can help in loosening and draining the mucous off..
If the conservative treatment does not relieve you then Endoscopic sinus surgery can help in drainage of thick infected mucous from the sinuses..
