Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take Cefadroxyl twice daily for five days, take Omeprazole twice a day for five days, take Serratiopeptidase and Paracetamol twice a day for five days, apply cotton on both sides of ear, prevent water insertion in the ear. If not resolved, then consult your ENT surgeon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
