How Can The Ultrasound Scan Report Be Interpreted?

On my ultrasound report it reads as below. Please advise what it means. Thank you. LIVER: The liver is without discrete soft tissue lesions or intrahepatic biliary ductal dilatation. The liver is mildly coarse in echotexture measuring 15 cm in length.
