How Can The Pain From Bruises On Butt Due To Fall Relieved?
I lost my balance & fell smack on my butt cheeas on my ceramic floor by our fireplace. My butt has 2 big bruises on my butt cheeas! And when I sit in it, it hurts really bad & I get sick to my stomach. Please tell me what I can do to relieve this pain? Thank You!

First of all avoid sitting and take bed rest in comfortable position. For pain NSAIDs like Ibuprofen or diclofenac can be taken after meal. Ointment of povidone can be applied to heal up bruises. Cold compress will relieve pain to some extent.
