Hi,

Your report says that your suffering from hepatitis B virus infection. Your Inge HBsAg: positive means your having hepatitis B Infection. HBsAB: positive means you developed antibodies to hepatitis surface antigen. It may positive in post vaccination also. HBcAb: positive means your having chronic infection.

Recovered from it. HBeAg: positive means your having proliferating and circulating viral antigens in blood. HBeAb: positive means developed antibodies to HBe antigen means you cleared infection from virus but it is visa versa. The antigen elevated antibodies decreased or antibodies elevated then antigen decreased.

You also having elevated ALT and AST means liver cell damage also. It may be due to virus or alcohol or drugs. So you get it done viral DNA in your blood then consult your gastroentrologist he will examine and treat you for your problem.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
