How Can Swelling In The Temple And Headache Be Treated?

I am a 68 year old woman. About a week ago, I tripped over a 10 gallon aquarium I was cleaning. I was carrying a small ceramic bowl. The fall broke the frame of the aquarium and shattered the tank. The bowl was broken in three pieces, even though this all happened on a carpeted area. My right leg and shoulder are badly bruised and I have bruising, a bump and swelling under my hair on my right temple. I assume my head hit the bowl .. but I have no memory of hitting my head. I know I tripped over the tank. I vaguely remember falling. All day today I ve had a splitting headache.

hello,
if this head injury is not associated with Viomiting, Nasal bleed, loss of consciousness etc symptoms. So, if there is just swelling and pain over he site of injury. just apply some ice and take some pain killers such as Tab Aceclofenac(100) to relieve of pain.
