i'm having bloating nd indigestion problem since 8 days it had reduced bt then i again ate junk nd spicy food so the problem had started again i eat nly rice for lunch nd hv normal dnr nw nd take unienzmye tablet so wat else should i do my height is about 5.5 nd weight is 68 i also had this problem 1 nd half month ago bt tht ws aslo due to overeating nd eating spicy food

your query being appreciated, the given symptoms could be due to infection and protozoa infection is likely first thing you need to do is to stop eating the junk food, it is okay if you are taking enzyme medicine but it has got no role, if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in a day for five days and Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in a day for five days, hyperacidity need to be ruled out too, hope this information helps.
