How Can Soreness In The Chest And Deep Cough Be Diagnosed And Treated?

Hello there I think I may have pneumonia, I have been coughing deeply in my lungs for 10 days and my chest is sore and I have cold like symptoms and there’s definitely a lot of phlegm in my chest but it’s not coming out. I am getting worried. I have been taking over the counter meds but they are not working. I am in Italy and not going to be home for 5 days. Do you think that I can wait until I get home to see your doctor ?

Yes, it might be a pneumonia. If there’s no fever of breathlessness than you can wait until come back at your doctor.
