How Can Sinusitis Along With Headache And Ear Congestion Be Treated?
I have a stuffy nose, think green and yellow phlegm. I also have blood in it sometimes and I have a headache and ears feel closed. I also had a blister to come up inside my bottom lip as if I bit it, but I didn't bite my lip. Amsterdam the thing got bigger until I ate some chips and it popped.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
It looks like stuffy nose, thick green and yellow phlegm with occasional blood, headache and clogged ears can be due to sinus infection or Sinusitis. A sore on the inner lip can be a canker sore.
I would suggest you to consult an Emergency room and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like PNS view x-ray can be done.
You can be advised a course of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, decongestants like Pseudoephadrine, do saline nasal irrigation, steam inhalation and use a humidifier in your room.
You can also be advised decongestant nasal sprays containing Xylometazoline or Oxymetazoline. Apply Lidocaine gel over the sore and do warm saline gargles.
