How Can Severe Itching In The Groin Area Be Treated?

I went to waterpark in Spain and I have got a bad itch around my crotch sides of leg also had before also didn t get it in waterpark in England but here I did I have had it meny times before but don t know how to stop it from really bothering me with the crazy it h it s very sore and red

Severe itching around groin could be caused by a local bacteria or fungal infection, local skin irritation, allergy.The fact that the place is red point more to an infectious origin.I will suggest you try the following:
-Good genital hygiene
-Try an anti-histamine like benedryl cream/or oral
-Bath with anti-septic soap or solution like cyteal
If the problem persist, you see the Doctor for investigation as antibiotics or antifunagal cream may be indicated.This will however be the judgement of your Doctor.
