How Can Severe Anxiety And Panic Attacks Be Treated?

Hello, I would like to see if someone can point me in the right direction. I am a 35 year old male, who suffers from (anxiety, paranoia, panic attacks,) sinus congestion, stomach bloating and indigestion, and muscle aches. I am a smoker who smokes roughly a pack or just under a day. Lately, my symptoms have increased with the anxiety and muscle aches/spasms which is causing nausea. About 3 months ago I was also diagnosed with tinnitus(ringing in my ears). Things have been a little stressful and with my anxiety kicking into over drive, it feels like there s no end in sight. Any suggestions or guidance would be appreciated and thank you for your time.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi. I understand your concern.
Some advices that I can give to you to relieve anxiety are:
1-Relieve tension with vigorous exercise or massage.
2-Practice relaxation techniques.
3-Get enough rest.
4-Practice healthy thinking and stop negative thoughts.
5-Avoid alcohol, caffeine, chocolate, and nicotine.
6-Get out and do something you enjoy, such as going to a funny movie or taking a walk or hike.
7-Plan your day. Having too much or too little to do can make you more anxious.
8-Keep a diary of your symptoms.
9-Get involved in social groups, or volunteer to help others. Being alone can make things seem worse than they are.
Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help, thanks!
