How Can Severe Anxiety And Mood Swings Be Treated?

i need help i feel like i don't want to do anything at all and don't care but then i get extremely worried that i need to be productive do i can impress others. also i need to follow rules and be on time and stuff like that or else i feel like i won't be able to go to college or people would be disappointed in me. i'm very moody and blunt around people when they don't follow the rules that the teacher sets but i get very emotional and i'm sensitive. i need help i don't know what to do and i can't go to sleep

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Be kind to your body
-Relieve tension with vigorous exercise or massage.
-Practice relaxation techniques.
-Get enough rest.
-Practice healthy thinking and stop negative thoughts.
-Avoid alcohol, caffeine, chocolate, and nicotine.
-Get out and do something you enjoy, such as going to a funny movie or taking a walk or hike.
-Plan your day. Having too much or too little to do can make you more anxious.
-Keep a diary of your symptoms.Discuss your fears with a good friend. Confiding in others sometimes relieves stress.
-Get involved in social groups, or volunteer to help others. Being alone can make things seem worse than they are.
