How Can Rheumatoid Arthritis Be Treated?

I have been treated for RA for 5 years now until 4 months ago I used 50 mg Embrel injection 1 x a week. Anyway of course my symtoms are returning and I need something besides embrel. which by the way was a mircle but the side effects were to much. I need some relieve i do not use pain pills. TNF blockers like Etanercept (Enbrel) give better results when used in combination with methotrexate or leflunomide.
