Hello,

As your son getting fever frequently, particularly in the evening may be suggestive of malaria, dengue etc.

The drug which suggested for fever is perfect but fever comes again as a cause has been not eliminated.

So kindly have a laboratory Checkup and blood profile for further diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
