How Can Rashes And Inflammation On The Face Be Treated?

I m a mother asking for my daughter: She s 17 and started taking Biaxin Sunday night and methylprednisolone Monday morning for a cough that wouldn t go away after a bout of pneumonia. She came home from school today (Tuesday) with a slight rash and redness on one side of her face. It s now 8:30 pm and it s gotten much more red and bigger since coming home. Is there something we should do? She s already taken this evening s dose, but should she stop taking it tomorrow?
