Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Treatment with a class of drugs known as antipsychotics is the most common therapy for people with a psychotic illness. Antipsychotics are effective at reducing psychosis symptoms in psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia, but they do not themselves treat or cure underlying psychotic illnesses. I suggest you to work with your psychiatrist for a better treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. K. V. Anand
