General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think the only suggestion is to check out with your primary doctor in order to rule out pneumonia. Usually, viral bronchitis might last 4 weeks, but in your case, you've been suffering since 9 weeks now. You need to run X-ray studies and physical examination to determine the right diagnosis. To me, you need prescription medications.
For the moment, I can only advise to :
- Run aerosoltherapy with beclometasone and physiologic
- Apply nasal spray
- Apply cold balm at bedtime at night
- Take paracetamol or ibuprofen
- Gargle with warm water and soap
- Take mucolytics
But most important is to consult with your primary.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
