How Can Premenstrual Syndrome Be Treated?

hi I am looking to see if there is any thing besides over the counter stuff for pms .I always have a lot of fluid before my menstral and I have to set my alarm clock to 1am and 3am and sometimes it still doues not help is ther any thing I can take to stop this

NSAIDS like Mefenamic acid or Ibuprofen can help in relieving the symptoms. Other drugs which can only be taken on physicians advice are Fluoxetine or Escitalopram. Non pharmacological measures
- Meditation and yoga
- Early morning light exercise, diet rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals
- Green leafy vegetables, dry fruits, eggs, etc.
