Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.
The few drops of liquid discharge from the penis which you have observed is called preseminal fluid. This is not semen or ejaculation and this is absolutely normal. When a male is very sexually aroused and gets a strong erection, often there is a discharge of one or two drops of clear, watery fluid. This is meant for lubrication of the penis during sexual intercourse. Once the penis is further stimulated by intercourse or
masturbation, then ejaculation of semen happens during orgasm. So, having a preseminal fluid discharge is a normal physiological phenomenon and you don't have to worry about this.
Premature ejaculation can be due to different causes - both psychological causes and medical causes. But in a young person, it is more likely due to a psychological cause such as
anxiety.
To increase the ejaculation time, you can try practicing certain exercises like Kegel's exercises or techniques like the Masters and Johnson technique. Alternatively, there are medication available which can help delay ejaculation time.
Regarding you doubt about married life, you have mentioned that you have homosexual tendencies and have had sexual contact mostly with males. So, you need to think seriously whether you are attracted to females and whether your homosexual tendencies would result in problems after marriage.
Wish you all the best.
