How Can Preeclampsia Be Avoided During Pregnancy?

I suffered severe preeclampsia in my first pregnency .i had 33 weeks gestation n operated my baby survived its almost 8 years aftr tht i conceived 3 times but had miscaraige .now i want to hv a healthy baby .iam 35 years dont hv bp or sugar no thyroid but previously sufered with harmonal imbalance and pcod took metformin for 3 months also 2 yrs back
