Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

Thanks for contacting with your health concern:

1) As there is history of seasonal allergy problem and now symptom of post nasal drip is there. So probably you are suffering from 'allergic rhinitis'. As such, taking saline nasal sprays can help moisten your nasal passages and reduce symptoms of post nasal drip. However, if problem persists, get in touch with your primary care doctor or an ENT specialist for Cortisone based steroid nasal sprays.
2. Make sure to turn on a vaporizer or humidifier to increase the moisture in the air.
3. Avoid food which triggers post nasal drip like dairy products [milk, cheese, and ice cream], prefer a balanced diet of grains, fruits, vegetables, and lean meats.

Take care
