How Can Pneumonia Be Prevented?

I had pneumonia years ago and am thinking I am getting it again. The cough is bronchial and deep and it feels almost like I m breathing menthol, if that makes any sense. Phlegm is green when coughed up and my skin feels like it hurts. I started taking some old antibiotics that were given to me for a UTI months ago and I googled and it said it works for upper respiratory infections. What should I do since it s the day after Christmas and not much is open?

Hi

Welcome to HealthcareMagic

Just wait for 5 days and antibiotics should give effect in 5 days. If no benefit seen then change antibiotic and If benefit then continue for 14 days In addition to antibiotics , please take a bronchodilator and steam inhalation .

With Regards ,
