How Can Penis Glans Pimples With Itching Be Treated?

Well my question that 2 month ago is when i started to have sex with my girl friend with out protection and 1 month ago whilr i was having sex and we finish i notice like 4 red dots like pimples on my penis head i didnt feel pain or anything ... but now 1 week ago my whole peniss started to itch alot y for dots like pimples started to come out on my peniss head it doea not hurts is just itchi... n the dots look like pimples with little white on top i dont know what to do im really worry!

It can be due to bacterial or fungal infection. It can also be due to sexually transmitted diseases since you had unprotected sex. Kindly rule out for the STD panel test to confirm whether you're having STD or not.
