How Can Paralysis On The Left Side Of The Body Be Treated?

A loved one just had a mild stroke affecting the left side of body in the base of the brain picked up by MRI. Further tests showed no blockages and Dr. recommends aspirin regimen.Is slight confusion typical right after the incident? And how long typically can it last?

As per your description it seems like she had stroke.
Slight weakness and memory loss persist after stroke and it will resolve with time. He can continue physiotherapy and routine drugs.
