General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

She seems to have a stroke. Generally, after stroke weakness slowly gets better with time. Though it may not completely recover. Physiotherapy is the only thing that helps improve the powers if any was possible. Neurobion is commonly prescribed in such patients by some doctors but there is no role of Neurobion in such patients. So you can give her, but I don't think it would be of any benefit.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
