How Can Painful And Itchy Rashes On The Thighs Be Treated?

I have a sebaceous cyst the size of a nickel on the side of my head above the ear. Serious extreme, painful, burning itching rash with wells and had bumps on the inside of both thighs at panty line, this rash is completely over vagina lips and runs back to rectum. I have been trying to get rid of this for two months. Cannot afford a doctor. Sorry I have no money for this, thank you for your time

Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The rash can be related to a fungal infection.
I suggest you to clean and dry frequently the area.
Then you should apply over the counter antifungal cream.
If the symptoms continue you should take prescribed antifungal medication by your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
