How Can Pain On The Ball Of The Feet Be Treated?

I think I have Mortons neuroma my ball of my foot is very sore. Is there anything I can do to ease the pain short of getting off my feet? on my job I average about 6 mile of walking per day according to my FitBit and I really can t sit for long periods of time.

Your job according to history needs more walking

So your electrolytes level should be checked esp sodium, potassium and calcium for this complaints...

Main hydration daily along with fruit juices also

Second your reflexes and neurological examination is to be done for rule out neuropathy

If specific cause found than treated accordingly

If you are obese than loose weight and avoid smoking

Even if still no cause identified peripheral arterial disease ruled out by colour doppler

Consult physician for examination
