How Can Pain In The Penis While Suffering From Diabetes Be Treated?
I am with a 57 year old man with diabetes and history of obesity (he still is). I know he takes Viagra, and while he stays erect, he cannot orgasm. He then complains of pain in his penis. What can I advise him? I happen to be a medical professional, but not in this area

Hello,
Taking PDE5 inhibitor ( Viagra ) will make the penis to stay long erected. Some patient will have pain during erection.
Frequent use will vanish pain taking Paracetamol will help or ejaculation will help to ease the pain. Delayed ejaculation can also cause this issue - poor diabetic control. Try to keep the blood sugar under control.
