Hello there . I have read through your question and would like to tell you that neuralgic tooth pain can be relieved with Gabapentin. But it is not advisable to take medicines which are more than three years old as all medicines come with an expiry date. So it is advisable that you consult your dentist and get a new prescription for the same. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write.
I find this answer helpful
