How Can Pain In The Forearm Be Treated?
I’m 60 years old. I pulled a muscle in my right forearm over 60 days ago, and it is not healing. Pain is back as though it was week one of the injury. I have a similar condition in my shoulder that has aged 6 months with little improvement. I’ve never had lingering issues like this before. Is this a sign of anything other than getting old?

1.Rest the muscle
2.Ice the muscle
3.Compress the area with light wrap
4.Elevate the affected area to reduce swelling and inflammation.
5.take painkiller like aceclo-MR
please consult your doctor immediately if your muscles feel extremely weak,you have shortness of breath or dizziness ,you have a stiff neck and a fever.
