Hello,

If you have abnormal growth of liver than cancer should be ruled out. But usually such growth are not much painful. Excess pain suggestive of abscess formation due to infection.

I need to check your CT scan report to guide you further. CT guided biopsy will be able to give exact diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami,
