How Can One Avoid Pregnancy After First Delivery?

hi, it is very good to know about this service. just i want to know the medicine for my wife she has just given birth to a female baby 3months back so, i want the name of the tablet that she can use for avoiding further pragnancy and it should be safe for mother and baby.

First of all, a good 2-3years gap is required between two pregnancies as recommended by world health organisation. It is called spacing between two pregnancies.
As your wife is lactating now, and if you want further pregnancies, then temporary gap can be produced with progesterone-only pills or POPs. It is the best method during lactation. Afterwards your wife can use Intrauterine Contraceptive Devices like Cu-T etc till she wants another pregnancy. And if you don't want further child, you can undergo vasectomy or your wife can undergo tubectomy.
