Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Myesthenia gratis is an autoimmune disease. Where muscles are weakened & destroied by altered nerve stimulus by destroying a chemical Acetyl choline. So the treatment consists of

-Drugs like Acetylcholinesterase inhibitors/drugs to suppress autoimmune response of body like steroids.

Accompanied physiotherapy ,massage therapy helps in daily maintenance of muscle health. Avoiding psychological stress &exposure to heat help. Removal of parathyroid gland surgically helps at certain stage of disease.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
