General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Diabetes can cause low immunity. Blood routine should be done to rule out any signs of inflammatory disease running in the body. Problems like tuberculosis can give low-grade fever. But in such case, ESR will be raised which will be evident from blood routine examination. A consultation with a physician is well appreciated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Nishad BN
