Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Phototheraly is usually enough and there is no need for any other therapeutic options. Redish rash is common in infants, this should not worry you It may persist for several days up to few weeks. YOu can apply usual baby topical neutral creams. Also, in few days, bilirubin should be measured to see if jaundice is pulling back. If not, you should do specific liver tests by your pediatrican.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
