How Can Itchy Wounds On The Penis Be Treated?

I have wounds on my penis foreskin... its like scratch marks... and having white powder like thing on penis top and itching... since last month.. i have images... if necessary i can forward same... i have diabetes as well... early stage... pls give me a solution....

Hi,

You are known case of diabetes. In diabetes there are more chance of fungal infection. So you can have fungal balanitis. For that topical anti fungal cream can be prescribed. You can Consult dermatologist for examination.

Until than you can use topical Clotrimazole for your case. Kindly post photo of affected part to comment further.
