How Can Itchy Rashes On The Lower Legs Be Cured?

38 year old female. I have a very itchy rash on my lower legs. It is mostly flat red spots with a few raised spots. I have had it for 2 weeks and it is not getting much better. I also have a very stiff neck for a couple of weeks, but otherwise I feel fine.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to allergy. Taking antihistamines like zyrtec ones daily and applying calamine lotion will be helpful. If you send a picture of the rash then it will be more helpful in identifying the condition.
