Hi,

In PCOD there can be spontaneous ovulation when you have taken only glyciphage & had 2 regular cycles. In such condition pregnancy is possible. First go for home pregnancy test to confirm / exclude pregnancy.

PCOD can be managed by vigorous physical activities & eating low carb diet. This reduces insulin resistance & normalizes ovulation. Cyclical hormonal treatments after which sometimes periods may resume normality. Ovulation stimulates are given to stimulate ovulation to clear ovaries of accumulated unripe ovums. This may follow normal ovulation.

Surgical intervention to burst accumulated ovums in ovary thus reversing normal cycle with ovulation. Please consult a gynecologist for giving suitable treatment after examining you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
