How Can Inter Menstrual Bleeding Be Stopped?

hi I am a 37 year old women and have 4 kids I had a problem of spotting or bleeding lightly in between period for more than a year I went I got everything check out Pap smear is normal pelvic ultrasound normal hormones normal I am on thyroid medication so my thyroid is normal so the doc told me it might be stress related and if I want I can take contraception pills to regulate but since then my level of stress went down and started to improve by myself but now 6 month later the problem started happening again bleeding between periods can someone give me an opinion could stress really do that lately I am under lots of stress..What can I do??

Hi,

Yes, stress may be a factor if all other tests including thyroid is normal. Start meditation or deep breathing exercises. For bleeding, take oral contraceptives for 3 months.
