How Can Infertility Be Treated?

Hello sir.. I am 28 yrs old. Trying to conceive from last 4-5 months. I am having 45mm endometriomain my right ovary. I was on medicine for endometriosis from august 2016 til feb 2017 which repressed my menstrual cycle. This month, i was prescribed luprezole. I had it for 5 days. I had my follicular study this month. I had my periods on 4.5.17. i am having 3 follicles in left ovary and 2 on right. The doc said dat tge follicles are gud in size and health. I was given a hcg shot on this Thursday. Till Saturday, the follicles were big in size nd were nt ruptured. Today, again d scan was done. One follicle in the right ovary has ruptured. Nd d doc said that there is fluid filled in others. Me nd my husband are in contact from last few​ days. Vil i b able to conceive this month. Vil d otger remaining follicles also rupture??? Please suggest something

Hi I think you can conceive this cucle. Rupture of one follicle is sufficient to result in pregnancy. You don't require ruptur of all three follicles to get pregnant. Take some progesterone supplements like susten or duphaston for next 2 weeks. Do a urine pregnancy test after that. You can try like that for 3 to 6 cycles. Hope it helps.
