How Can Infertility Be Treated?

Hi, we have been TTC for more than 2 years. Have gone through all the hormonal tests, everything is normal. Ovulation monitoring has also been done for many months, egg formation is proper. I have got 2 cycles of IUI done but no success. The only thing is that in the HSG my doc found that the tubes were bleeded, although there was no blockage. So suspecting tubal infection i was put on TB medication for 6 months. Its been almost an year that thw course is complete and we have not conceived yet. Please suggest what should be the next step now. Should we go for Laparoscopy or IVF

Hi, I think you should go for laparoscopy to find out if there is any other cause of infertility. You can try 4 more cycles of IUI. The success rate of IUI is 10 to 15 percent only in one cycle. So you should try atleast 3 to 6 cycles of IUI before undergoing IVF.
