How Can Infertility Be Treated?

Trying to get pregnant for two years...taking tablets for hypothyroidism and metformin for pcos... usually have regular period cycle...last time Brown discharge during period date... negative urine pregnancy test and normal pelvic scan... advised susten 200 for 10 days... any chance of pregnancy

In this particular cases I dont think that pregnancy is likely but you should not give up.
COnsidering that you have PCOS. then the treatment shuld be specific.
in most cases, fertility problems in women with PCOS result from the absence of ovulation (anovulation), but anovulation may not be the only reason for these problems. Medications may be helpful in most cases and include hormones such as progestin or Clomifen that facilitates ovulation. ALso, gonadotropins may be beneficial.
Lifestyle changes, such as losing weight, can trigger body changes that facilitate conception in women with PCOS. At last, surgical procedure called ovarian drilling may be option for severe cases.
