Hi! Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
I read your query. As you mentioned your habit of having Gutka, it leads to discoloration of teeth as well as inflammation of gums. It also leads to distinguish odor from mouth. You may have plaque and calculus deposits on your teeth that leads periodontitis as well as bad breath. I suggest you visit a dentist and get an oral prophylaxis. It may require more than one sitting due to stains.
Also, you need to break your habit of chewing gutka. It can lead to tightening of your cheek muscles and reduced mouth opening in future, if that has not happened already.
Maintain oral hygiene. Brush twice. Use mouthwash. Use non sweetened gums or spray for good breath.
Hope the answer helps you. Thank you.
