How Can I Clear My Lungs After Having Cough And Shortness Of Breath Due To Breathing Air With Metal Dust?
I seem to have a sever cough and shortness of breath that seem to come from breathing air with metal grinding dust in the air as I work in a welding / machine shop. I do wear a dust mask as much as possible. I there any way to clear out the lungs. Thanks , Marty

Few things that can be tried are steam inhalation and chest physiotherapy to drain the contents out. You will need physiotherapist to help learn the maneuver.For more severe bouts you can try expectorant. Regards.
