its good to stay slim rather than suffering cardiac problems after u become fat..some people eat a lot but still dont put on weight, the reason is it gets added up to bone weight and they dont have the tendency to put on weight..if u are eating well and still dont put on weight, hit the gym..and also eat lots of protein containg food like egg,chicken..
